Lev shalem לֵ֣ב שָׁלֵם֙, the heart perfect -
As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart [b-lev shalem] and a willing mind; for YHWH searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever. 1 Chronicles 28.9.
There is only one place where our hearts are complete and whole. Set after perfection. This place is when we make our whole heart be devoted in him, YHWH. This is only possible when we allow the counsel of the Holy Spirit to be upon all statements of our hearts and be directed to know the essence of the Word of God as both these things lead our attention upon rightful standing, with an honest heart to know God and to be devoted whole heartedly with him. To have a Lev shalem love, a heart made perfect. Not by our own ability, but to turn all we are toward all he is. And allow him to fill us with his fullness as here our hearts become whole and perfect. To state his complete work in time.
God seek for the Lev shalem in hearts all over the world. To see if he finds someone whose heart is perfect, who’s heart is set into fullness of account by his Word and by his Spirit toward him. And when he does, the Lord God stand strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect, whose heart is in his Word and by the power of his Spirit.
For the eyes of YHWH move to and fro throughout the earth that He may show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect [l-vavam shalem] towards Him. 2 Chronicles 16.9.
Time reveal Gods construction builders. It is his Lev shalem in the midst of darkness. Who is set into the strength of YHWH. This strength is only built upon integrity by ownership upon own heart. Regardless that the wall was perfected by Nehemiah, and he was the governor in the city, Ezra the scribe and prophet where also around, but only the anointing of Haggai by prophetic command set a turning upon the people to exhort the people to complete the task of rebuilding the temple after it had ceased for about 10 years. When Haggai was done both Zechariah and Malachi continued his work.
God appoint divine construction builders in time for his divine work. The platform of the world and the forces of darkness set huge effort to trouble the walk, appearance and also command by whom is set into divine account. Divine account is significant workers assigned for prophetic plowing, preparations, architectural design, building process and to make sure the work reach its complete finished establishment.
