The Prince of Peace

Israel means the one who prevails with God. Isaiah state the declared Israel to be restored to Zion.

Where who is Israel is who prevails with God. To prevail with God is to be set after the selfsame statement as of Jacob. Gen. 28.10-32. To be set out from a statement of Beerheba, meaning well of seven, well out of oath.
