Both in the world and also in the spiritual realm.

To be prepared,
to know what is coming and to be equipped.
And together fight the fight.
Where the team are set to move forward in any type of environment, where the weaknesses are not made a focus. But that unity by bonds of togetherness managed the release of strength. 
And here there is always the offer to quit. Because it is based upon your own decisions and your own effort. To step out and be part of both your own development and also find the character positioning that you hold in the team.

What is focus;
It is not what we fight against,
but who we are representing!

This both lies in the core of each soldier and also shall lie in the core of each believer who chose to walk by faith.
