Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain; and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
James 5.17-18.
The author of the book of James is the half brother of Jesus. It is by record stated to be one of the first written New Testament books. It defines the book to be to the twelve scattered tribes. Scattered abroad, James 1.1. Now there is only two remaining tribes of Israel after genealogy, Judah and Benjamin so the book is after the prophetic twelve tribes according to what John state in Rev. 17.13-14.

These three subjects make us know that this book is first and foremost to prepare Gods people and equip them after positioning of faith by works in the last days.
James states something very interesting in the closure of his book. He refers to the time of Elijah and the session by governmental structure by Ahab and Jezebel. And that as Elijah was a man subject to like passion so are also we, all who define their walk by faith after working by the two witnesses.
Setting a context that demands a content interacting with dark forces. To subdue the forces by three years and six months. This is equal to 42 months. And when the water is resisted to do its working for 42 months then the earth will bring forth her fruit. John the apostle state fruit after account by months, Rev. 22.2.
Twelve manner of fruit, and this is the address also of the book of James, the twelve manner of fruits by the tribes of Israel, by their gates, Rev. 21.12-13. The tribes James and also John mention are spiritual terms. Also defined as months. John also state the leaves of the three as the conduct to govern the latter ends and bring healing to the nations, Rev. 22.3.

If we take the one concept of the three years and six months we find this to be after record fourteen times in the King James by the concept of forty and two or two and forty. Where four times is in the book of Nehemiah, the rebuilding of the wall set into full divine working by the little children, the divine mandates by God after the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Three times is in the book of Ezra. Ezra was given honor to be a teacher in the same manner as Moses. And here the teaching established prophetic preparations after divine working by faith, the finished work of Jesus Christ.
Two times is in the book of 2. Kings. The forty two settlements in the second book of Kings state the subdue of darkness by its demand of evil little children. To face truth after demand by good. That the core of the little children, the helm of the ship is what is the governing seal by establishment of command in the latter days.
And two times is in the book of Revelations. The book of Revelations is one of the most powerful strategy books of empires in the latter days. And here the forty two is mentioned two times, to address the working of the double portion. God’s divine little children, his One accord, his Harmony, the two witnesses.
The remaining are not taken into consideration here as they are not part of empire strategies.
In this context we are not speaking of empire strategies after historical record, nor geographical, but governmental as of command by mouth that also is implemented into spiritual working. All things in time have first been into spiritual command and then established into physical matter. To define empire after spiritual governing then we find that the book of Esther has a good term that gives great understanding.
The prophetic term of the book of Esther is into regional structure of empires. Its book is set into the term of the winter months. The preparations for what are to come by divine new birth. New beginnings. Into this is the term of a king, a prophetic statement as of Christ. To be king over the Persian empire, the demand of darkness toward the new wine, his flesh and blood.
Where the first chapter state the first wife after term of Israel. Who has no respect nor regard to honor the king, nor the kingdom. Other than to be nourished by themselves and given a stage to perform for own profit. And into this conduct is the feast the king establishes after apostolic terms. Where the queen rebuke to come. Another stage of prophetic term is that this is the fallen congregation. Where the feast is the term of wedding Christ set a stage by in Matt. 22. The term of empire movement. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment?
Matt. 22.8-12.
In Matthew 22 Christ state the demand to have empire garment when you enter the feast. Where we find in chapter one in the book of Esther that the queen rebuked to come and also rebuked to be clothed into a wedding garment, the prophetic term of empire strategies.
We know that John state in chapter 19.13 in the book of Revelation the vesture of the blood, the Word of God. And here one term is the wedding garment.
Then when we go to the book of Esther 1.20 we find that the king is given advice in the matter of how to respond to the rebuke and the neglecting to be into a wedding garment by the queen.
And when the kings decree which he shall make shall be published thorough all his empire, for it is great, all the wives shall give to their husbands honor, both to great and small.

Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted. But the rich, in that he is made low, because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
James 1.8-9.
There are mentioned several dark empires in the bible. The last and remaining after mentioning in the book of Revelation is the empire of Babylon. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Rev. 13.4-5.
John reveals the same message as James do. That the last governmental structure after evil in the last days will be by kings without a kingdom. But with order of command by beast, as of the red dragon by the Babylonian empire. When we go to the time of Jesus after his ministry on earth then we know it was not into any kingdom governmental structure. Here little children comes as Elisha is going up by the way. As Elisha by prophetic term encounter the pierced side of Christ, his water and blood, the New wine. And here little children, the term of the evil low land comes with mocking spirits to steal, demand destruction and set death to what Elisha just have received for a command into times. Now little children is by record forty and two times in the Old Testament. A prophetic and apostolic preference to three years and six months. And in 2. Kings 2.23. they are by record after evil. Also defined to be part of the low land after evil mouths that will be a command into empires in the last days. Revealing another governmental structure that we in our days now see have been established. That the fiery winds no longer after the high land, the rich of assets by the world is the governing power toward the ships. Into this truth God ahead of time through the working of Elisha have given note that these evil children will have no power. As they are cursed by command of Gods commissioned. And also set into full destruction by the two bears, the prophetic shoulders of heaven.
David is another that set a stage of prophetic working after empire strategies. David is known for his harp music. An apostolic term to govern the lines, the generations by the fingers. The authorship of heaven. Harp after the Hebrew word kinnor is by record 42 times in the Old Testament. Into a prophetic term of three years and six months. The fruit into the earth. In 1. Sam. 16.23 we read that David use the harp to chase away demons. James state the mouth after command to govern demonic forces. David add the stage of lines, the generations, the little children after good, the low land, to be the governors set into divine authorship, to be whom settle realms and atmospheres, the term of empires into accuracy of good.
In the year 42 AD a prophet named Agabus came with a prophecy to the Christian in Syrian Antioch that it would come three years of famine. This under the stage of working by Emperor Claudius.
And in the proportion that any of the disciples had means, each of them determined to send a contribution for the relief of the brethren living in Judea.
Acts 11.29.
Christians in Syrian Antioch, in the spring of 42 A.D., are informed by the prophet Agabus that a famine will occur that will last a grueling three years. It will take place during the reign of Emperor Claudius. The believers respond by planting food and collecting needed relief for Christians in Jerusalem.
Now in those days prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch; And one from among them, named Agabus, stood up and signified by the Spirit that there would be a great famine throughout the whole world, which also came to pass under Claudius Caesar. This prophecy was given just one year after Claudius came to power. His reign extended the Roman empire. To also be into ownership of Britain and North Africa. His key command was expansion. And the core demand of colonization efforts. To demand control upon the low land, the little children. Into his reign God sent his divine commissioned to charge the divine little children into thriving in the midst of the evil regime. One record of this help is found in Acts 11.29.
And each of the disciples, everyone according as he had prospered, determined to send relief to the brethren dwelling in Judea.
Acts 11.29.
Claudius faced resistance from the high lands, the high seats where many became his enemies. And was conducted emperor by the Praetorian Guard, the guard of the imperial Roman army. We read a shift in these nations where the lowland now will be the voice by power into the ships. The helm, the little children, not by evil. But after good. And this is the shift that is birthed into the majority of nations today. The now may for a short moment still reveal a stage where darkness by its high seats govern the systems of strategies in imperial structures, as of the realms and atmospheres. And here we are set into remembrance that a fierce wind is the first appearance to the vision. And the working of the helm of the ship will not immediately be discovered by others as those who are the working by the wind of the Holy Spirit. And eventually the fierce wind toward the nations will be silenced as the high land is no longer the governing power toward the ships, but the low land, the little children after good.
The hearts that know they are subject to like passions as Elijah and walk according to the command toward the rain. Setting the earth into encounter with the three years and six months, the forty two months, the working of the little children after good. Who pray and then again the heaven gives rain, and the earth brings forth her fruit, James 6.17-18.
Four things which are little
Four is by one term of numbering the testimony of Christ Jesus. The authorship that is defined as faith. By obedience after the command by the Father. Set as one.
And these three bear witness in earth, as the Spirit, the water and the blood. Into agreement as one, 1. John 5.7-8.
A faith that has no desire by the flesh implemented into the works as it wants nothing. As it knows the term of death by faith after account by the flesh and that it makes a standing alone. Who desires to be by the spirit, desire also for the witness in heaven to be the working after witness on earth. And here is the term of definition upon what James states as faith that works.
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that y may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
James 1.3-4.
There is no profit after divine account with a faith that does not have the working of the two witnesses. The witness in heaven that becomes the witness on earth. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead being alone. James 2.17.
Faith reveals a foundation. Either by sweet or bitter water. Sweet state the settlement of the roll by Christ. Where all food is settled into account to merge its wealth to be defined into the core of his blood, Ezek. 3.1-3. Then we know that where the water is sweet, it tastes well after governing by the tongue. Here the command also will be by the faith after works by heaven into the now. And when bitter, it is not.
Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
James 3.11.

Fruitfulness after faith.
As its authorship is set into full demand to be by the witness in heaven; the Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit. To then become a witness on earth, the Spirit, the water and the blood. And here all three agree. To not be standing alone. And into this is the merging of due meat, the accurate Word by heaven. That releases olives. Peace, prosperity and blessing into the world. As this is the term of the working of the two olive trees. While berries release; fruitfulness, blessing and favor by God into each individual person. Where who settle the right water into the right season will be yielding its prosperity. Salt water for the weight to settle balance by righteousness. To settle command after eternal establishment.
Fresh water to mend the thirst of the generations after knowledge by clarity. That settles wealth of working by faith.
Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? Either a vine, figs? So can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
James 3.12.
Seasons are established into the numbering of four. Into the account of fullness by the acceptable year. The perfect work by Christ Jesus. Into this is the release of fruitfulness month by month. Into this truth is the core of four things that are little. Four here is also a term of the seasons; winter, spring, summer, autumn. Defined into things, the matter by the sum.

There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise;
The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer.
Prov. 30.24-25.

A study of ants shows that throughout centuries they are one of the main governors of the earth. In nations they monopolize 15-20 %. And when the territory is set into wealth of water, they monopolize the regions after 25 % and often more.
Setting the soil into accuracy of perfect conditions regardless all other demands.
Setting the ecosystem after accuracy by perfection regardless all other demands.
Preserving the green into refreshment by wealth.
And here science has come to the conclusion that these little things run the world. Where the extent of years into the timetable gives them more and more positioning to run the world. And this is what God meant when he settled the ants as one of the four that are mighty after exceeding wisdom. And as the ants so Gods people also have emerged throughout time.
Into the soil and setting it into perfect conditions as well of the ecological system. Unseen by its works by most people. Mocked and made low by most people. Persistently working in all seasons with core alignment into the summer, the wealth of his table.
To commission and commune with the Lord.
To then prune the leaves and all else in the ecological system. Regardless of report in times and seasons. Still they have positioned themselves to monopolize the soil and all the ecological system. All that also is green, set into tribulations, temptations etc. for the testing of their faith as the hearts seek answers from heaven. And in spite of the innovative explosion, we live in today. Nothing has been able to replace them. The increase day by day after divine working by faith. Continuing to monopolize the world. Until the time appointed where there is a new system after governmental structure. By the low land.
